Gloria Jean Still
Gloria Jean Still, age 75, of Union City, lost her courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, February 12th, 2020.
She was born May 20th 1944.
Gloria is best described as being hard working, strong, spunky, and outgoing. She was quick witted and had a great sense of humor. She was compassionate and enjoyed helping those in need. She was an animal lover and enjoyed feeding the wild life in her backyard. Gloria also enjoyed spending time with her friends at the Union City Moose Club and American Legion.
Her hobbies included crafting, tending to her flower gardens, and searching for treasures at the Salvation Army, yard sales, and flea markets. She found comfort in sitting on her swing next to the creek reading books.
Gloria is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Still and her fiancé Tim Scouten; her brothers, Ralph Breiding and his wife Diane, and Richard Breiding and his wife Nancy, along with several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Guyla Breiding; a brother, Robert Breiding; her late husband, Michael Still; and her son Michael B. Still.
As per Gloria’s final request, there will be no funeral services. Instead, there will be a Celebration of Life Party held in her honor at a later date.
