Tammy Jean Sauer, age 52, of Erie, PA, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at UPMC Hamot.

Born June 9, 1964 in Erie, she was a daughter of the late Chester and Lois Foster.

She was the beloved wife of Kevin M. Sauer.

Tammy always strived to be the best mother and wife possible and worked hard to bring the best out of those around her.  She always wanted to do good things for others.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin M. Sauer of Erie;  two sons, Keith Reid of Erie, and Nathan Sauer at home;  one step daughter, Shannon Fister;  one brother, Terry Foster of Erie; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Barb Foster.

There will be no viewing or visitation.
