Russell H. Bowen
Russell H. Bowen, affectionately known as Tim, passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 86.
Born on July 1, 1938, in Westfield, NY, he most recently resided in North East, PA. Tim dedicated much of his professional life to the North East Sewer Department, where he served with pride and commitment.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Gloria (Griffin) Bowen, and their three daughters, Theresa, Terri, and Sherri, who cherish the memories of their loving father. Tim was known for his deep appreciation of nature, often finding joy and solace in the great outdoors. His caring and loving nature touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Tim’s legacy of love and kindness will forever be remembered by his family and friends.
