Richard Noble Kahle
Richard Noble Kahle, age 85, of Corry, PA, passed away at home with his family by his side on Thursday, April 23, 2020.
Born in Jamestown, NY on September 20, 1934, he was the son of the late Richard W. and Marian (Hegstedt) Kahle.
Richard graduated from Celeron High School in 1952 and was a Draftsman/Engineer. He was employed by Art Metal in Jamestown, NY, Corry Jamestown in Corry, PA, Corry Contract, and Great Lakes Manufacturing. He enjoyed reading and caring for his horses. He treasured the times he played in the band, and his fondest memories were when he played bass with the band, 'Joint Effort'. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and walking his dog Ryder through the neighborhood.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley J. (Timblin) Kahle, whom he married on June 20, 1953. He is also survived by his daughters, Vicki Craciun and her husband William(Gypsy), Michelle Hammond and her husband William (Buzz), and Tricia Cross and her husband Andrew; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Juli McCarty and her husband Mark McCarty.
There will be no viewing or visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
