Victor Thomas Kelley, age 67, of Erie, PA, died suddenly on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Saint Vincent Hospital.

Born in Erie on May 13, 1958, he was the son of the late Patrick and Joan Kelley.

Victor worked at Erie County Care Management and Dr. Gertrude A. Barber Center.

He is survived by his partner, Joseph Davis; his sister, Lois Kelley; his brother, Patrick Kelley (Barbara), and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by John and Theresa Mifkovic, who raised him.

A Memorial Service will be held for Victor at a later date.
